Father's Day reflexology for dad
Why not break with the beer and chocolate tradition, and treat the dad in your life to some reflexology this Father's Day? Reflexology is a lovely way for pa/daddy/pops/the old man to put his feet up, relax and have a bit of TLC.
We all need some looking after from time to time! Reflexology is such a great treatment for men and it feels soooo good! Reflexology triggers the parasympathetic nervous system which restores the body to a state of calm and provides deep relaxation. It also provides much needed support to our hardworking, and probably most neglected part of the body, the feet! My male clients quickly relax into their treatment and the feedback I receive is always positive.
Treatments take place in my calm, contemporary space with great sea views in central Falmouth, and buying your gift voucher is easy! A one hour treatment voucher costs £45 and can be popped in the post, or emailed (especially handy when you’ve left things a bit late!). Just call me on 07495 977447 or email email@example.com.
Happy Father's Day to all you brilliant dads out there! x
Earlier this week I spent a couple of hours at Enys Gardens in Penryn, near Falmouth, with a family friend from years ago. Looking at this beautiful carpet of bluebells was wonderfully soothing for my soul.
I'm a big fan of flaxseeds (also known as linseeds) and suggest to many of my clients to include them in their diet. Taste-neutral, cheap and simple to add to all kinds of meals, they have many health benefits. Here's a quick overview...
As a reflexologist, I've seen first hand how powerful the simple act of touch can be. The importance of this innate human connection can’t be underestimated; it's vital to our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
