About me

Hi, I'm Melanie. I'm an experienced Reflexologist specialising in stress management, women's health and maternity reflexology. I know that life can be a juggle, and I'm passionate about the importance of regularly taking time out to rest, to promote positive wellbeing.

Reflexology is the only therapy I practise which means that I'm fully focused on the best techniques and treatment plan for you. My clients come from all walks of life and I take time to listen to your unique needs, personalising each session, and providing a safe, reassuring space just for you. It’s hugely rewarding to see the benefits that reflexology brings my clients – you can see what some of them say on Facebook.

I discovered reflexology a few years ago, at a time when I was feeling run down trying to juggle a busy job with a young family. I was blown away by how the treatments improved my mental wellbeing and energy levels, and soon afterwards decided to train as a Reflexologist myself. Halfway through my training, I made some life-changing decisions, including leaving my steady corporate job and persuading my family to move to Cornwall!

I live in Falmouth with my husband, two teenage children and our puppy, so life is never dull! I like to run, swim and SUP, go to gigs and festivals (in normal times), and gardening gives me my meditation time. I spend as much time as I can outdoors, and love our beautiful Cornish beaches and countryside.

Prior to my work as a Reflexologist I spent 20 years in the workplace wellness industry. I still deliver workplace wellness webinars and I'm always incorporating this knowledge into my reflexology work, and vice versa.
