The marathon training season is now in full swing and as a reflexologist and runner (Falmouth half marathon in six days…eek!), I’m totally sold on how good reflexology can be for those of us who regularly pound the pavements, train off-road, or hit the gym treadmill. more

So, it’s really happened. The clocks have gone back, the days are shorter and the summer seems like a distant memory. If you get a little down and lethargic during the winter months you’re not alone, a fifth of us get the winter blues to some extent from September to April. more

Aaah, sleep. When you get enough of it you feel refreshed and ready to tackle the day ahead. Get too little and you’re wired, grumpy and more likely to mess things up. And regularly missing out on sleep can result in more than just a zombie-like feeling... more

I’m finally here in fabulous Falmouth and so is my reflexology practice too! After years of on-off discussions with my husband John, a couple of cross-country moves, a career change, and a firm decision made at the start of this year, we’re here with our two children in our new town and long term home. more

Often complementary therapies like reflexology, massage and acupuncture are considered the preserve of women. But I’m on a bit of a mission to get the word out there that reflexology is just as brilliant a therapy for men! more
