Wellbeing workshops and webinars

You know how important it is to keep your team happy, healthy and productive. My interactive workplace workshops and webinars provide practical support to help your employees focus positively on their wellbeing, and thrive at work.

How your employees feel about themselves, their role, working environment, personal relationships, and physical, emotional and mental health can have huge impact on them. Work pressures and life 'stuff' can make juggling it all an ongoing challenge, but employees who are happy and healthy, in body and mind, are more likely to be productive, loyal and engaged at work. 

My workshops and webinars cover a range of topics, including, for example: building resilience; life balance; emotional wellbeing; physical health; sleep and rest, and; the mind-body connection. The focus is on highlighting how making just a few simple changes can really help improve our health and wellness. The sessions are usually kept to one or two hours, and can be tailored to the needs of your business and employees.

The workshops aim to be interactive and fun, whilst also being informative and practical. I combine up-to-date content and current thinking with exercises, practical tips and strategies that your team can use in their daily lives, at work and at home. I also provide additional resources for employees who wish to explore further the topics covered in their workshop.

I have 20 years experience in the corporate wellness industry and have an OCR Diploma in Stress Management. During this time I managed UK/international employee support programmes, and delivered stress management and well-being training. Combining all of this experience with the wellness work I do in my reflexology practice, I'm now excited to deliver my own wellbeing workshops here in Cornwall.
