I believe that self-care is crucial, but it's not something we can quickly tack on to the end of a busy week, once we've got everything else done, and expect to feel better. I'm a firm believer that finding just one thing that we can do every day that keeps us well – in body, mind, emotions and spirit – is the key to thriving in our modern world. We might think that we don't have enough time to focus on self-care, or it's only worth doing if we're overhauling our life. But I'm here to tell you, from experience, that implementing a few simple changes here and there, and practising one small act of self-care each day does make a significant, positive difference to our sense of wellbeing. Consistency over perfection is the key!

I bring three decades of experience in the wellness industry to my unique blend of transformational wellness coaching, reflexology therapies and practical wellbeing workshops. I love my work, and being able to help people find balance and positivity in their busy lives. I know that life can be complicated and a bit of a rollercoaster sometimes, and I've navigated periods of huge change myself. This real-life experience means that I provide a safe, non-judgemental environment for everyone to get the most from their time with me. My approach with you is to provide a combination of support that is practical, positive, warm and compassionate.

Amongst my experience and qualifications, I’m an ICF Holistic Wellness and Mindfulness Coach, an OCR Stress Management Trainer, a Level 3 Reflexologist (member of the Association of Reflexologists) and a Mental Health and ASSIST Suicide First Aider. In addition to the work highlighted above, I run group mindfulness sessions and I'm a course educator for an antenatal and hypnobirthing training programme. I also work as an adventure holiday and retreat host, supporting guests with their wellbeing, and encouraging them to step out of their comfort zone and be brave! Although I often travel with my work, Rebalance Wellbeing (and all in-person reflexology and coaching) is based in central Falmouth, Cornwall.

I’m not perfect but I walk the talk as much as I can when it comes to wellbeing. I have two energetic Poodles so I walk a lot! To shake out stress I enjoy weekly dance classes and run wherever my feet will take me (in 2025 I fulfilled a lifelong ambition and ran the London Marathon). I love the pure joy and freedom of gigs and music festivals. And sea swimming, gardening and a spot of yoga here and there give me my meditation time.

I look forward to supporting you on your wellbeing journey!
