I believe that self-care is crucial, but it's not something we can quickly tack on to the end of a busy week, once we've got everything else done, and expect to feel better. For me, doing things every day that I enjoy and keep me well – in body, mind, emotions and spirit – is the key to thriving in our modern world. We can often feel that we don't have enough time to focus on self-care, or it's only worth doing if we're overhauling our life. But I'm here to tell you, from experience, that implementing small changes here and there, and practising little acts of self-care each day does make a significant, positive difference to our sense of wellbeing!

I bring over 25 years’ experience in the wellness industry to my unique blend of transformational wellness coaching, reflexology therapies and practical wellbeing workshops. I love my work, and it brings me true fulfilment to help people find balance and positivity in their busy lives. My style is practical, positive, warm and compassionate, and I aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental environment for everyone to get the most from their time with me.

I’m an ICF-certified Holistic Wellness and Mindfulness Coach, a full member of the Association of Reflexologists, an OCR-qualified Stress Management Trainer, and a Mental Health ans Suicide First Aider. I also work as an adventure holiday and retreat host, supporting guests with their wellbeing, and encouraging them to be brave!

I run Rebalance Wellbeing from my home practice in Falmouth, Cornwall where I live with my two teenage children and a couple of energetic poodles – life is never dull! I’m not perfect but I walk the talk as much as I can when it comes to wellbeing. To shake out stress I enjoy weekly dance classes and run wherever my feet will take me, fulfilling a lifelong ambition this year by completing 2025 London Marathon. I love the pure joy and freedom of going to gigs and music festivals. And sea swimming and gardening give me my meditation time.

I look forward to supporting you on your wellbeing journey!
