My role as your transformational wellness coach is to be your strongest cheerleader! I'll help you recognise the power you have within you to make positive change for today and for the future. 

Our middle years can feel like a particularly demanding stage of life for all kinds of reasons. Even if we know we need to make changes to improve our sense of wellbeing, we often find that we don't know where to start. We can put ourselves at the bottom of the pile. It can feel scary to be kind and accepting of ourselves. It can be hard to find our true voice and understand the values that are important to us. And it can feel difficult to carve out an approach to wellbeing that works for us as individuals, amongst the external noise and pressures of modern life.

Areas that we can explore include, for example, work-life balance, nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, resilience, energy levels, mental wellbeing, self-care and our relationships (with yourself, partner, kids, family, friends and colleagues). The safe space of your wellness coaching programme is designed to help you explore, grow and connect to your true self with confidence, and live a happy, healthy midlife and beyond. My role

I am an ICF-certified Holistic Wellness and Mindfulness Coach which means that I'm highly trained, adhere to professional standards and ethics, and commit to ongoing education. My role as your midlife wellness coach is to guide, support and challenge you (kindly) every step of the way on your journey to optimum wellbeing. I won’t tell you what to do but I will help you develop a greater understanding of who you are and where you want to be. I'll be curious about you and your values, work with you to learn what makes you tick, and enable you to clarify your wellbeing goals moving forwards. So that you can achieve these goals, I'll help you recognise your strengths, abilities, knowledge and experience. I'll also challenge any thoughts, beliefs and behaviours that might be holding you back. My goal is to guide you in implementing real change that works for you as an individual, and which is achievable in the long-term.
