Payment and cancellation policy
Whilst I do appreciate that emergencies happen, I only have a limited number of appointments each week and it's very difficult for me to rebook appointments at short notice. If you think you might need to reschedule your appointment for any reason please do get in touch as soon as you can. Likewise, if I need to reschedule your appointment I'll give you as much notice as possible. The following payment and cancellation policy is in place:
Coaching:
- To secure your coaching programme, full payment (or 50% of the programme value) is required via bank transfer at the time of booking. If payment isn't received within 48 hours your programme slot will be released for someone else to book. If you pay 50% of the programme fee at the time of booking, the remaining 50% will need to be paid prior to the last session of the first half of the programme.
- Your programme payment is non-refundable but I'm happy to transfer appointment to another time if you provide more than 48 hours notice.
- For no-shows and cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled appointments your appointment will be counted as used and your payment retained.
Reflexology:
- To secure your appointment payment is required in full via bank transfer at the time of booking. If payment isn't received within 48 hours your appointment will be released for someone else to book.
- Your payment is non-refundable but I'm happy to transfer it to another appointment if you provide more than 48 hours notice.
- For no-shows and cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled appointments your appointment will be counted as used and your payment retained.
Sickness policy and precautions for reflexology treatments
The following precautions are in place to ensure that you don’t feel more unwell after your treatment, to protect vulnerable clients and to enable me to continue to practise:
- If you feel unwell or have any condition that could be contagious (e.g. a streaming cold) please get in touch as soon as you can to reschedule your appointment – please don't come for a treatment if you feel under the weather. If you arrive for your appointment with any visible signs of illness I'm afraid that I won't be able to treat you, your appointment will be cancelled and your payment will be retained.
- Please allow 72 hours after having any type of vaccination before coming for a treatment, and consider these timings when booking your medical and reflexology appointments.
Reflexology gift vouchers
- Gift vouchers are valid for three months from the date of purchase. Expiration dates cannot be extended or changed.
- Each voucher will be deemed as having been used in full if the appointment made with it is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
- Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. However, the purchaser of the voucher has a cooling-off period of 14 days during which time they can return the voucher for a partial refund (voucher total value less 10% administration costs), providing it remains unused.
- Vouchers are not transferable without explicit consent.
- Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
