The duration of your midlife coaching programme can be guided by what you wish to focus on, your availability and your budget, and this is agreed before you start your programme. Depending on what's right for you, we will together embark on either the Focus, Thrive or Transform programme.

Each programme includes monthly coaching sessions of 60 minutes. I usually recommend a couple of sessions a couple of weeks apart to being with, followed by monthly sessions thereafter. Depending on how things are going, we can also wrap up the programme with a couple of sessions closer together.

Each coaching session can take place online or in-person, or a combination of both. You can come for your in-person sessions at my coaching practice in central Falmouth, and we can always go for a walk and talk instead if you fancy getting outdoors.

Each coaching programme includes a Rebalance Wellbeing Wellness Guide PDF which you receive before your first session and is designed to support you as we work together. This guide contains practical, easy tips for your everyday wellness and also includes reflective questions, prompts to consider your progress, and space for note-taking and action-planning.
