Prior to your first appointment we can have a chat and I'll ask you to complete a confidential consultation form, which covers your wellbeing and why you’re coming for a reflexology treatment. This helps me create a treatment/treatment plan that’s tailored just for you, and supports you right now, as well as with any ongoing wellbeing goals you may have.
All treatments take place in my calm and contemporary space in central Falmouth. After getting you settled onto the treatment couch, you can relax, enjoy some gentle music and snuggle into your cosy blanket – there is nowhere else for you to be! I cleanse your feet or face, apply an organic balm or oil and then provide your personalised reflexology treatment.
Every product I use is at least 90% organic, natural, vegan, cruelty-free and ethically sourced, so you can be assured that your skin is in good hands! My balms, oils and powders nourish dry and damaged skin and are suitable for sensitive skin. I extend my organic policy as far as I can to other items that will touch your skin, including flannels, facial cloths and towels. I've also pledged to be an 'Eco Friendly Therapist' which means that I adhere to seven key environmental standards set out by the Association of Reflexologists.
At the end of your treatment, there’s no rush, I give you a little time to come around and have a glass of water. There's always time to for me to answer any questions you might have or provide practical wellbeing tips. I aim to develop a warm and trusting professional relationship with you and have found that, through regular treatments, my clients have become more in tune with what works best for their bodies and minds.
There’s no right or wrong way for you to experience your reflexology session with me – I firmly believe that each treatment gives you exactly what you need. Sometimes you may want to talk, other times you may switch off, and it’s certainly not uncommon for clients to have a little snooze!
